WARWICKSHIRE LEAGUE
Alcester completed the league double over their neighbours and old adversaries in a typically physical game that was closer than the scoreline suggests.
In the end the youth and extra fitness of the Alcester side was a major factor of the visitors’ success.
Alcester scored eight tries through a brace each for Freddie White and man of the match Morgan O’Dell, as well as scores from AJ Bennett, Jamie Clarke, Pav Sembakuttige and Jack Clay.
Skipper Luke Spencer converted four of the tries and Freddie White added a fifth conversion.
Alcester travel to Rugby St Andrews for a league fixture on Saturday 1st February.
